If the products do not meet your expectations, you may return them within 14 days after ordering, provided they are unused and in their original packaging, at your own expense.

For hygiene reasons, headscarves cannot be returned.

Sale items cannot be returned.

If a product is found to be defective or damaged, a replacement item is usually sent, or if this is not possible, a refund will be issued.

If you cancel the order after it has been shipped to you, the company is obliged to charge you for the shipping costs.

To exercise this right, you can contact us via info@bandidoofficial.com. We will then refund the amount due, minus the transaction fees of the chosen payment method, within 14 days after your return request, provided the product has been received back in good condition.

Refunds will be made to the same account number used to pay for your order.

The costs of returning the product from your home to our address are your own responsibility.

Packages returned by PostNL due to absence or incorrect address will be charged €8.32.

*If you want to return something and your order total falls below the free shipping threshold (€50), the shipping costs (€6.75 for the Netherlands, €9.99 for Belgium, €9.99 for Germany) will still be charged and deducted from the return item.
