Delivery Times
- Order handling time: 0–1 business days (Monday–Friday)
- Transit time: 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday)
- Order cut-off time: 12:00 p.m. (noon)
Orders placed before 12:00 p.m. are processed the same day or the following business day and handed over to our delivery partner, DHL.
DHL aims to deliver within 2 working days in the Netherlands and Belgium.
We always strive to ship orders as quickly as possible and process them in the order they are received.
If a different delivery time applies, this will be clearly stated on the product page. In rare cases, items may be temporarily out of stock, which could delay your order. If this happens, we will notify you promptly.
Out of Stock & Partial Shipments
If one or more items are out of stock:
- We may ship the available items first and send the remaining items as soon as they become available.
- In some cases, we may hold your order for a few days so it can be shipped in one package.
If you need your order urgently, please mention this in the comment section when placing your order. We will ship all available items immediately.
Partial shipments do not incur additional shipping charges.
